We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

My wife and I just bought a new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria VW, and we were very impressed with the attention and service we received. We initially made an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate, for Friday but we had to bump it up to Thursday, which Atig said "no problem, come on in". (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon. He knows Audis, and he really tries to get each client the perfect car. This time it is another Q3 for me. But next time I’m sure I can talk him into selling me that sports car in the lot — the one with the red leather interior and the sticker price I can’t afford. A girl (on my 80’s) can dream. We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it in a hurry. We spent a couple hours looking at and driving cars and the entire time we were never hassled or pressured. It was a pretty laid back environment. We bought a car and drove away. About 9 days later the car started giving us problems. A hose had broke and the dealership stepped right up and took care of the issue. I was back in my car the same day. We were shocked it all happened so quickly and professionally. The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
