Used Audi Q5 for sale near Arlington, TX

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. The manager was great and made sure I was happy with the car I was getting. Financing was easy. It was a great experience.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. Showed up prior to my scheduled appointment due to some maintenance issues outside of recalls, one recall was for the trunk latch which was on hand and the car was ready by end of day! Good customer service, and care. Wish my car was as good as the service provided.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I came into the service department on a Saturday at the end of the day. Tire pressure low sensor alert. Found out I had a nail in my tire. James was very helpful and instrumenting my car being replaced with a new tire on a moments notice at the end of the working shift. James provided exceptional customer service.

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

The service took a little longer than projected but the waiting area was nice and I was able to get some work done. Communication about the service was great!

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

Negotiating a vehicle is the most dreaded part of car buying. I contacted Aldo Ordaz on Monday with the vehicle details and discount request. Aldo accepted the deal and trade value I requested and had my X5 ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon. I drove up from Houston, completed the paperwork and was in and out in a reasonable time. A trained representative sat in the vehicle and patiently explained all the options and their use to me and my husband. WOW! The technology is amazing! Finance was a breeze and Aldo helped take our family picture with our new X5 before we left. Everyone in this process was happy to help and shared in our new car excitement! I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Repaired our VW air conditioning unit in three days. Another dealership failed to repair it in three attempts covering a period of over a month. Clay Cooley was courteous and exceedingly professional in conducting their repairs. They kept me informed on progress at each step and once repairs were completed, readied the car for pickup.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
