There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. He never pushed, never offered me anything I didn't need. Great dealer!

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

My experience with Audi of Hunt Valley was exceptional. I previously owned an A6 that I purchased at this dealership; however when I decided to get a new car, I went to the Owings Mills dealership because they are closer to my residence. I visited the OM place 3 times and no one ever spoke to me or even inquired about my visitation. Because, my heart was set on an Audi, I went to the Hunt Valley location and was treated very well. I got smiles from the salespeople as I walked around, I sat in the different cars on the floor and 2 people asked if I had any questions.
