It is my first 2022 Audi A4 S 45 and I like it. Dealer, MR Dimitri was very nice and helpful. I with my wife felt very welcome. All questions were answer. We bought car on 12/27/2021. Unfortunately due to shortage of new cars there was no opportunity to negotiate the price and it was a little higher then I expected based on my research.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. I went in with my parents to look at a 2024 Q3 (for my mom), that he had and he instead found her the perfect 2025 with upgraded specs/optics, for as close to MSRP as possible. When the colors on the lot didn’t match my mom’s preference, he went the extra mile to find her one straight off the dock in the exact color she wanted. Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.
