Audi Hunt Valley provided a perfect buying experience. My salesman, Baine, was knowledgeable, thoughtful when listening, and made me feel very comfortable driving an Audi for the first time. Jeff in finance was friendly and cordial throughout the paperwork process, which they all worked behind the scenes to minimize for me. My experience with Audi of Hunt Valley was exceptional. I previously owned an A6 that I purchased at this dealership; however when I decided to get a new car, I went to the Owings Mills dealership because they are closer to my residence. I visited the OM place 3 times and no one ever spoke to me or even inquired about my visitation. Because, my heart was set on an Audi, I went to the Hunt Valley location and was treated very well.
