I have been buying many cars, but my experience with Kevin at Porsche of Silver Springs has been by far the best experience ever. I spoke with Kevin over the phone, explaining what I was looking for and made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived the exact car as I was looking for was waiting for me. The sales representative (Atanas Ivanov) was very knowledgeable and competently answered all of our questions. He also had a patient manner that was great for a senior couple unfamiliar with the latest automotive technology. The rest of the dealership was quite efficient, including on the final paperwork and getting the car ready

He greets me professionally with a warm welcome as a reminder that I'm STILL a valued customer even after purchasing a vehicle. Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.
