I brought my car in for a service and a slight smell of coolant. Hamdaan the service writer was always helpful during the time the car was there, always updating me on progress with it. Also found me a loaner last minute whiten we didn?t expect the car to be there more than a few hours. Patryk Topor performed the work on my car it ended up needing a new water pump and few other things pertaining to the slight coolant smell. The work was performed in a timely manner once again. Patryk had worked on my car before when I brought it in and I will be requesting him to do the work on it again if ever needed, he takes great care in my car. I couldn?t have asked for better service from these two guys! Westmont Audi is lucky to have them working there!

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! The team at MINI in Tinley was so nice and very accommodating! Connor was great to deal with. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the MINI for me.

I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out.
