I have no suggestions on how to improve my buying experience. From start to finish it was tens across the board. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. His attention to detail was impressive as well. He helped to compare my options which landed me in the car of my dreams. I arrived at AutoNation on Saturday, April 19th and was promptly attended to by the service tech. Mario did an exceptional job detailing what services were needed at 60k and the prices for each item. Further, my oil service job was done within a very reasonable time. I believe under an hour along with the tire rotation and brake check included.
