Negotiated in advance. Spent only two hours at the dealership. Very polite, respectful, and considerate team members. Best car buying experience ever- usually I am quite upset afterwards but not today!

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

JP got me into a great used vehicle today. Came in to see a used EV and he got me in the car, trade in appraised and out the door happy in under 3 hours. Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Dealer had the car we inquired about on-site and ready for test drive. Did not disclose that the charger was missing. Did not disclose that the window tinting was in excess of Maryland registration requirements. Was straightforward on price and fees.

Audi service department is fantastic. I have been here several times and both myself and my car leave happy. Reasonable pricing and always clear about work being done.

Real professionalism! Bought our new Telluride and had the best experience at Fairfax Kia. Flo in Finance went above and beyond in explaining everything we were signing and made us feel so welcomed. Our salesperson was so knowledgeable and showed us all the features these new cars have. We are super elated!

Facilites were nice and clean, lots of snacks and drinks to be offered. I purchased a CPO etron and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend you check them out if you need a vehicle!

There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. He never pushed, never offered me anything I didn't need. Great dealer!
