The sales representative (Atanas Ivanov) was very knowledgeable and competently answered all of our questions. He also had a patient manner that was great for a senior couple unfamiliar with the latest automotive technology. He knows Audis, and he really tries to get each client the perfect car. This time it is another Q3 for me. My experience with Audi of Hunt Valley was exceptional. I previously owned an A6 that I purchased at this dealership; however when I decided to get a new car, I went to the Owings Mills dealership because they are closer to my residence. I visited the OM place 3 times and no one ever spoke to me or even inquired about my visitation. Because, my heart was set on an Audi, I went to the Hunt Valley location and was treated very well.
