I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

This is the third car I’ve bought from this dealership and its wonderful salesperson, Shawn Vahid. Buying a car can be stressful, but Shawn makes it fun too. He knows Audis, and he really tries to get each client the perfect car. This time it is another Q3 for me. But next time I’m sure I can talk him into selling me that sports car in the lot — the one with the red leather interior and the sticker price I can’t afford. A girl (on my 80’s) can dream. And Shawn makes car dreams come true.

My experience with Audi of Hunt Valley was exceptional. I previously owned an A6 that I purchased at this dealership; however when I decided to get a new car, I went to the Owings Mills dealership because they are closer to my residence. I visited the OM place 3 times and no one ever spoke to me or even inquired about my visitation. Because, my heart was set on an Audi, I went to the Hunt Valley location and was treated very well. I got smiles from the salespeople as I walked around, I sat in the different cars on the floor and 2 people asked if I had any questions. As I pursued my interest, they did not hurry me or bothered me. When I made my decision, lo and behold, I saw David Kuchta,the salesman who sold me my 2015 A6. Great experience with online shopping from PA. Called on a Saturday, negotiated a nice buy on a CPO XC90 by Monday and picked up five days later. Able to complete paperwork from afar and Vito Vita, our salesman, followed up daily to make sure all was well on our end. Tony in finance was great and we ended up purchasing a very aggressively priced extended warranty bumping the coverage to 10 years/unlimited miles. We had shopped this and the rate was great! Corey Cross was very knowledgeable and even as previous Volvo owners, made us aware of things we had no idea about. He set us up on the Volvo App and even connected both of our cars to the same account. Top notch experience all around!

We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.
