They were very communicative, I did have some setbacks on my car (not their fault) which they made right at no charge, and told me step by step what their process was whenever an unforeseen problem came up. Pratik was incredibly communicative, and offered me a discount to make up for it. Highly recommend because of the clear communication approach they have.

02/20/2023 We are Lexus Lovers, I called the dealership to Team Gillman Acura North, and we (my husband and my adult son Wesley went to see the car after I made an appointment with the nicest salesman named Nicholas,(Nick) because we had found a Lexus my son liked and it was still there. The salesman Nick was so polite and courteous, and knowledgeable. We were there to trade an older Lexus for the newer Lexus we saw in the ad, we were pleased to have a caring salesperson and all the staff that was so friendly and caring that we felt like we were dealing with family. I loved Nick as he shared photos of his beautiful wife and small child and then he introduced us to Eduardo, the head of finance, and I just loved both of them so much I had to hug them, I'm a southern lady, I never meet a stranger, these people were all there to help my son trade his Lexus and buy another Lexus that he decided he wanted. We were so happy that these two men worked so hard to make sure that my son made the purchase and the trade was successful and they got Marco another nice man to close the deal exactly as we all agreed. We will do business with these nice people again! P.S. My son did have to bring the car back in for service the next day, and we are still dealing with that, but we are believing the service people will do excellent work on it, which is why I still gave a 5-star rating. May God, The Holy Spirit bless all the men that were so kind and helpful to us, and I ask The Lord to help the servicemen do an excellent job on Wesley's newer Lexus car that he purchased. Love Ya! The process of buying car here is good. The salesman did try to find me the good deal on a car that gave the features I wanted.

I had a very positive car buying experience at Acura Auto Nation thanks to my salesman Touny Crowe. Mr. Crowe was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He went out on a test drive with my daughter and me and pointed out all the features of the vehicle. He did not apply any sales pressure but instead made me feel comfortable while discussing the price of the vehicle. He walked us through the whole purchasing process and it was actually a very enjoyable experience. He followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from Touny Crowe. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Crowe to all my family and friends.
