Bryan Hammond used car sales manager is a master in his industry and customer satisfaction oriented leader; this is obvious by all the associates you encounter from start to end. Not everything can be perfect, but when a hiccup surfaces Brian and Andy; management team responded swiftly and professionally. Then you make your way to finance, and if your lucky the you’ll land in Ryan’s office!! He juggled me in person, and the husband out of town electronically and never missed a beat, making the entire transaction seamless right down to “no high pressure sales” for extended warranty’s, answered all my questions and eased any concerns! My wife wanted a luxury SUV and so wanted reliability and great performance I’m Minnesota snow. We agree this is the best vehicle we have ever owned. Also, Bloomington Acura provides a superb, flawless experience every time we visit for oil changes.
