Performance SUV and land yacht with safety

The most luxurious vehicle I have ever owned with every option offered by Volvo including larger 22" wheels and super quick performance 0-60 mph at 4.7 seconds. The most luxurious fuel efficient performance SUV on the market

More than expected

bought a 2023 in September. The electronic heater had to be replaced and the sun roof got a chip, but the performance has exceeded expectations. Had to put it on hybred because I didn't use enough gas on "Pure". 7 gal in Mar and April; 4 gal in May. Probably only average 40 miles a day or less. The 455 hp engine moves the car like a beast when needed. Smooth and quiet.

Do a lot of research before buying

We’ve had ours almost three weeks. The internet/Google/computer system went out after a week and a half and that had to be fixed. We picked it up last night and this morning, neither key fobs worked, neither did the app(the car wouldn’t read anything). And we’d just paid another $170 for the valet key fob to be up graded to a normal key fob. So it’s back at the dealership again. It’s a beautiful car, very comfortable to drive, I love that we haven’t had to get gas at all since we’ve had it but I don’t think there should be this many issues when you’re paying almost $70,000.

First Hybrid car I’ve owned.

We have had 4 previous model of Volvo’s. This was our unicorn selection XC60 Recharge T8 R-Design PoleStar. It met all our expectations plus more. With 18 computer modules it takes some time to learn to operate all the essential controls. Because of the modules we opted to buy the extended warranty.

Smooth

The PHEV is perfect for short trips around town in all electric mode with the advantage of taking long trips with out range anxiety The car is extremely quiet and smooth with seamless power delivery

Nice vehicle but not what it claims to be.

Im impressed with the style of the vehicle. Vehicle does not get anywhere near 19 miles on pure EV mode. best I got was 15 although most of the time it was 12. The limited range is really useless you live extremely close to where you work. Most charging stations cost money so either your putting gas in the tank or paying to charge it back up. the vehicle gets 25 mpg which isn't even good. It averages out to get about 27 mpg. Not very good for a hybrid.

Most fun I’ve had driving!

Truly a beautiful vehicle! Completely infatuated with this SUV, I have to do a double take every time I am near my new XC60 Recharge Polestar edition. Definitely the most fun I’ve ever had driving any vehicle, ever!

Love, love, love this SUV!!!

I just purchased this SUV so I honestly can't address reliability but have had good luck with 3 other Volvo XC60s I have purchased, so expect good things of this one. I saw it, drove it, and bought it all on the same day after looking at several other cars over the past year. Clearly, I fell in love with it as well as the great buying experience from the dealership. In addition to the comfort, performance, exterior and interior design and styling, the many safety and convenience features are awesome!
