2015 Volkswagen Passat consumer reviews

I was not expecting the overall quality of this car. The engine and mileage performance are excelllent and the turbo is really fun for a four door. Handling could be better but I was not expecting a P1.... I have a bad back and my boys play soccer in the southeast so seats and comfort are a high premium for me. These seats are firm and they have an adjustable lumbar support. The long trips are bearable for me meaning they should be very comfortable for the avg person. Storage space is gracious. There are tons of "Easter eggs" in this car if you're paying attention. I would buy again.

It's a pleasure to drive this VW Passat Limited Edition. Holds the road in all weather conditions. Gets close 38 mpg highway and about 25 mpg city.

This is my second Passat (VW buyback on previous Passat TDI) and am very satisfied with it. Passenger and luggage room is exceptional. It's a very comfortable highway cruiser. The 2.0 L turbo gas engine returns 40 mpg on the highway (42 mpg for previous diesel) while maintaining more than adequate response to throttle. Great car. Sad VW won't be selling diesels in America ever again except for Audi. I owned a 2012 and had put 108,000 miles on it. Because of the recall, I am buying up/down(?) to a 2015. I love the great fuel economy and road handling.

Very smooth comfortable and roomy interior with outstanding exterior looks and overall reliability for the price.

I'm on my second Passat (VW bought my diesel back) and am very satisfied with it. Passenger and luggage room is exceptional. I.ve put on almost 6300 miles in 8 weeks followed by a shorter trip of 3300 miles over 2 weeks. It's a very comfortable highway cruiser. The 1.9 L turbo gas engine returned 35 mpg on the highway (43 mpg for previous diesel) while maintaining more than adequate response to throttle.

Great car. So sad VW won't be selling diesel in America for a while. I own a 2013 and have put 94000 miles on it. Because of the recall I am trading up to a 2015!! I love the great gas mileage.

Runs pretty good so far, German engineering with Japan Transmission. Only thing I don't like is it's initially turbo lag and transmission shifting. Apart from that it worth the money. Well tuned suspension! Looks are very nice.

Love this car. Love the fact that it's diesel. Trunk is huge. Very smooth and quite. Super comfortable.
