2013 Toyota Tacoma consumer reviews

Ordered the truck from factory. It looks amazing! Its a great looking truck! Upon vehicles arrival, the drivers' seat fabric was loose...had to take it in to get fixed....had to wait for them to order new cover for seat. Worst feature of this 2013 Tacoma model is the horrible sound it makes when it gets turned off. The is something similiar to a jet engine powering down, followed by a loud puttering noise. Took it in for this issue also, dealer said its the design of the air pump, and that its completely normal. I am very dissatisfied by this explanation. The sound is horrible and embarrassing! If the car didnt look and drive so nice...I'd take it back...very bothersome!

2013 Tacoma Double Cab 4 Wheel Drive Long Bed and the rear end whines like a bus. I was told by the Dealer they all whine so what do I want? I want it to be quiet cuz it's a $30,000 vehicle. Drive this vehicle an hour each way to work and it's so annoying... Don't buy one until they figure out that customers don't have to just accept it.

When I was negotiating price and Said to my self, I got a sweet deal I can't refuse on buying a 2012 Tacoma TRd Sport pkg couldn't said NO when I knew It was over my budget. But I had to pull the trigger when I realize it was on 2013. Owsome truck but it sucks that for hi 20k it doesn't come with satellite radio. (opTional on higher end audio pkg).
