Bulletproof but not hail proof

I bought my 92 LE in 2002 with 130,000 miles primarily so I could haul my 4 year old St. Bernard around. The 2ND row bench seat fit him perfect. It got totalled a few weeks ago by a freak hail storm which did 3k damage to the body before they even counted the smashed dual sunroofs another 1.5 K. The van still had the orignal exhaust system at 218,000 miles and I would not hesitate driving it coast to coast. I miss it already and so does my dog whose now 13.

Great if you can find one

Oh what a van, big problem is they quit importing them. I have put almost 100,000 miles on mine in 4 years, now sitting at 281,000. It goes every where I want it to very sure footed in nasty conditions (alltrac). To the mountains one day the next to the beach and stop and haul some 4x8 plywood along the way. Can't speak highly enough of this van.
