so far not one of my best toyota cars

this car is not meeting all my expectations. I had a Toyota Sienna for more them 13 years and comparing it to this one sienna mush better car. the car is under 90k miles and already having major mechanical problems.

Most reliable & trouble free car I’ve ever owned

I love this car. It hits all my needs. I just wish I had bought a hybrid. The car has a wonderful towing package and handles very well, even when towing a heavy trailer.

Favorite Car I've Owned

We bought this car for our large family to travel in. It has exceeded our expectations in comfort, dependability, and reliability. We love this car, but no longer need as large a vehicle.

Great alternative to the family minivan

I bought the Highlander because I needed a spacious vehicle that could take both of us, our 2 kids and all their belongings without feeling tight on space or performance. I also didn't want to own a minivan that seemed the more boring alternative and preferred something that would be more surefooted in the NorthEastern winter with the AWD option. The Highlander has delivered well on all of these dimensions over the years - while the design is definitely dated compared to the new design on the latest model, I feel my 2010 Highlander has aged well overall.

Come on, it's a Toyota.

Toyota will forever be last word in reliability. The highlander is a less off-road version of the Land Cruiser. It provides good value for money since there shouldn't be a need to invest much money into large repairs due to the reliability of it.

Great Family Vehicle

Reliable, comfortable, functional. This has been a great family truckster for the last 8 years. 146,000 miles, and only one small repair to the O2 sensor for about $300

A solid long haul performer for years

I bought this car used with 80,000 km and now have 250,000 km on it. It has never failed us and maintenance costs remain low.

Outstanding Classic SUV

We have owned this SUV for three years and taken several trips with our family to the mountains, beach, and other one day trips. This vehicle has never, ever broken down once. Of the minor mechanical issue I have had, after 145k miles, it was a light on the dashboard that was easily fixed. I would recommend this SUV to folks who have two children, but occasionally want to have a third row for other folks to ride. Another plus with this vehicle is that it has held its value extremely well.
