2001 Toyota Camry consumer reviews

I've only had my 01 Camry (LE, 4 cyl.) for 16 years now, so it might be a bit premature, but I think it's built to last. It is the best looking Camry ever, to me at least, and the newer ones look idiotic next to it. Reliable, comfortable, easy to drive and park. There are only two complaints: The door handles are too thin and break easily when trying to open an ice-stuck door, and it's not a great vehicle in the snow. Otherwise, best car I've ever driven. I drove it to work for the first 5 years, and have used it in blessed retirement since.

It is a very nice car and will last more than another 100,000 miles. It is reliable and very comfortable. It drives well, well maintained and has new tires, battery and timing belt. You will love it!

Very good car had it for 3 years bought it when it had 90 thousand miles now it has 150 thousand miles the Toyota last forever it's like an Energizer Bunny keep going and going

I bought this 2001 Camry LE, with 68K on it! The body needed a lot of work! Dents, corrosion on rear wheel rim, pass door sanded and repainted, but she took care of car mechanically! I love this car! I also have a 98 Camry! Best car ever! I run Michelin defender's tire's! Smooth ride even at 80mph! I love these old body styles!

This car was great! I bought it new. I never had to have it repaired ever. The only reason after 14 years, was that my teenaged son totaled it. Man, I miss that car. over 240,000 miles

My parents got me this car from a family friend about 6 years ago for my 18th birthday, and it's been a really great car ever since. I've had to make a few routine repairs on it, but otherwise it's been extremely reliable. It has a lot of space as well, which has been great.

Reliable, good on gas, runs great, good on tires, don't use oil, is good on mileage, good windows..
