Affordable, stylish and reliable.

Great mid-size vehicle. Lots of legroom and plenty of trunk space. Standard AWD is great for snowy winters plus I get 30+ mpg highway. I have the 4 cylinder. Hope I can get a 6 cylinder next time. Can't wait to see how Subaru redesigns the legacy in a few years.

Good overall family car

This is a good family car. Not a lot of engine power but great gas mileage. Interior is very comfortable and has all the features I would want in a car in Maine. Especially, all wheel drive and heated seats.

Very happy

The car is really nice in all aspects. The car really holds the road and handles great. The 2.5 engine is enough for the Legacy, the adaptive crouse control is awesome. Safety is really good and does not interfere with your enjoyable ride.

fairly comfortable, but very underpowered.

Bought this car when they were scarce, probably too hastily. If you buy one be sure to get the 3.6R. The 2.5 needs xtra time when entering a freeway. Also have had two recalls so far. Quality otherwise is good. Very solid body.

So Solid!

Cons: Factory tires are mediocre. Before 2018, Apply CarPlay and Android Auto not available. Touchscreen for infotainment can glare and be hard to read in direct sun. Pros: EVERYTHING ELSE. AWD is amazing on this thing. I live in Cleveland and it's gotten me through so many winter messes. Really comfy seats, quiet cabin, decent power even on smaller engine. Bigger engine would be nice but I rarely am missing it. Solid car, never have had any problems. Great visibility, love the backup detection system, rear camera, etc... I'd opt for the push button start but it's a convenience. I really do love this car!!! Oh, and I can fit 2 booster seats AND a full car seat in the back row all at once. A bit tight but it'll work (safely of course). Adults are comfortable in the rear and have heated seats and vents as well.

Subaru Legacy AWD good drive in UT

I like this car. Its my first car. Since the place I live is bad condition in winter, AWD is pretty important. That's why I choose Subaru. Also I like the interior design, touch screen and Bluetooth audio makes me enjoy the drive.

THIS IS THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED AND I HAVE

IT IS THE DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY OF THE SUBARU THAT SEPARATE IT FROM THE COMPETITION AND THE RESULT IS INCOMPARABLE. THE BOXER 6CYL. 256HP ENGINE AND 45/55 SYMMETRICAL AWD MEAN LOWER CENTER OF GRAVITY AND A BALANCED SUREFOOTEDNESS THAT NO HONDA, TOYOTA, NISSAN OR ANY OTHER COMPETITIVE MODEL CAN MATCH. IT DRIVES MORE LIKE AN EXPENSIVE LUXURY IMPORT.

The Best Car I Have Owned

I have owned many cars (mostly foreign sports cars) and recently decided to trade my Scion tC in for the Legacy 2.5i Limited. It is not a sports car so I cannot compare it to my previous main drive. However, the Legacy is an awesome, luxurious drive. I recently took a road trip for business and it was such a great ride. Also knowing Subaru has great safety and dependability makes me feel so much better about my purchase being that was ultimately why I wanted to purchase a Subaru. This is hands down my favorite car to date (I had a fully loaded Dodge Charger) and I plan on keeping the Legacy in the family for many years.

A winter champion

The Legacy is a very reliable car delivering decent amount of power vs gas economy. Perfect for a snowy weather with great reliability. Exterior design and styling can be better with better aerodynamics.
