Not pretty, but otherwise GREAT

My family has owned 9 different Oldsmobile Delta 88 vehicles that were between the years of 1987 and 1991. The cars get up to and beyond 250,000 miles. They do need repair, but the repairs are fairly cheap because the parts are not difficult to install. The engine is a beast. I never had any trouble accelerating faster than some fancy car at a stoplight. They get fair gas mileage, considering the technology that is in new cars. The radio is old fashioned, but we have always upgraded the radio anyways. The trunk is HUGE and with all the room in the cab, I never had any trouble getting all of my and my family's luggage to fit.

best car i've ever owned

I have had little to no repairs on this car at 147,000 miles it blew a head gasket. other than that just brakes not very often and regular oil changes. Also because the back brakes are drum and not disk one of them tends to hang up.
