Gas guzzler

I purchased my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum with a 28,000 miles on it. After test driving it at the dealership. I knew this is the car I want, I love everything about my Pathfinder, but after owning it for a few weeks, I noticed I'm only averaging 15 MPG not 20 on City regardless how much effort I put in to achieve 20 MPG on City. Another draw back is that the car eats up a lot of gas. I had to fill my tank every week and I don't drive a lot basically just work and home.

Ruined Pathfinder

Drove a Pathfinder in the 1990's. It was fun and rugged then. Now you may as well buy a minivan. Nissan has completely ruined this vehicle for driving in the Mountain West. As long as you never leave the asphalt, I suppose it should be fine.

Worst CVT

I was a big fan of Nissan. I owned 1998 Quest, 2005 Quest and 2011 Murano is 90K now. Bought the Pathfinder brand new, airbag recalled, rear differential replaced till CVT shaking/shuddering on 30K, no problems found said by the dealer, trade in lost $12K just 21 months, will not buy any Nissan with CVT.

My radio is broken in 1 year

This SUV is great on gas, has a lot of room but there are some issues that are forcing me to trade it in all within a year. I have a 2015 Pathfinder And recently, the radio no longer charges or connects to my iPhone. I've been told it's a $3500 charge to replace the whole unit. Awesome response Nissan! I bought it from the dealership and they want to charge me for a faulty product...they can't fix it so charge the client for a whole new unit?!. I'm moving back to Toyota or VW...at least they try to fix it. VW has always had top service. And now, the DC units have all failed...again, a few couple of $'000 to get it fixed. Brutal service Nissan. Very disappointed that I bought this car...

Good family SUV

I've owned the pathfinder for about one year and a half. I'm very happy with it, it gets good gas mileage, very comfortable and a lot of neat features. Love the Bose sound, panoramic sunroof and the cooling seat on a hot day in Texas. I would recommend it to a family that is looking for something affordable and very reliable

Just OK

Smooth ride, poor interior materials( leather worn down from getting in and out with 30k miles), poor resale value

Great multi-purpose vehicle

My 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SL (roof rails, lighted door sills, tow/haul package, premium stereo, heated seats) is a true jack-of-all-trades. I get it - it is no longer body-on-frame like the old Pathfinders, but it is no minivan. I commute in comfort, have a TRUE third row seat configuration, can put a ton of stuff in it, have GREAT second row legroom, and true 5,000lb tow/haul capacity - which I USE to haul my 25' Bay Boat with NO PROBLEM. Have not had a single issue in almost 50,000 miles and the vehicle is still like new.

Pathfinder

This spacious suv is very reliable and handles like a maxima. Fuel economy is at the head of its class.
