I love my Merc

I bought my 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis in 2020 when it was already 20 years old, it runs and drives like its brand new, Ive owned it 3 years now and it is by far one of the best cars I have ever owned, plenty of power, reliable and I completely trust in this vehicle to get me where I am going and Back . good maintenance and care and these cars will last a long time

One of the best of two worlds.

I found this car able to get great MPG IE: 30MPG at 65MPH, and at other times to be a fairly fast hot rod. IT still blows my mind how much power there little 4.6 Ford motors can do, after all it is smaller that the classic 289s both Ford and Studebaker I have owned. Yet it is faster. Feels more like a Chevy 350 like a Camaro I once had. Sadly it has gotten a motor problem, but I love the cars so I now am fixing up a 2003 Ex-Cop P71 Ford Crown Vic, and plan on moving a lot of the interior and exterior of the Mercury over to the Crown Vic. I gain the better handling of a Police Interceptor and will have all the features of my old car.

Tried and true

An american V8 with rear wheel drive, nothing fancy. Will keep going and going with little to no maintenance. They do not make cars like this any longer.

Dependable & Comfortable Touring Car

This car was one of the most comfortable and popular freeway touring cars produced. Nearly identical to the Ford Monarch this vehicle was the luxury version, an affordable substitute for the Lincoln Continental.
