This is a car that makes you feel like you are driving instead of just steering the family car. It has both driving personality and good looks. Horsepower? Not a lot, but it is sporty and brisk, and an absolute riot to drive on blacktop country roads, just like you would expect from a car intended to be Mazda's version of a tyoical small British open top sports car. It sticks to the road like glue and takes a bit of work to kick the tail out in a tight corner. Don't shift below 4k or you'll fall alseep, and don't lug it, it's more like a big bike engine than a small car engine and doesn't care a bit about the rpm, well within reason lol. Dotted redline at 6500, redline at 7000, I like to shift at 4700-4800 as it breathes nicely in that range, unless really pushing it. Very reliable and easy car to maintain.

The Mazda Miata was my dream car when it came out in 1990. I finally purchased a used 1991 in 1997, with 27,000 miles on it, one owner car, had always been garaged in the winter months and was the wife's 'going to play bridge' car. I loved this car and when I totaled it this year, it felt like I was missing a body part.

this car met all my summer needs. great fun driving winding roads. also, good gas mileage. The car is in excellent condition. Nice classic car.

Tight, responsive steering. Easy to get around town or country. Drop top with 2 clicks of clamps. Amazing amount of stuff can go in and out quickly. Love down shifting up hill or down shift to slow for traffic/lights. Best transportation for the money *\o/* Incredibly reliable.

A great car for enjoying a drive in the country on a winding road. This car is not a speed demon, but it handles well in the curves and straights.

This car gets heads to turn. Most women want you to take them cruising! There is no other sports car like it. The car companies can't make them legally anymore due to size etc. You'd be crazy not to get this 90's Miata!

Hubby surprised me with this little hummer and I have loved it ever since. I am always getting praise and nice comments from people everywhere I go. Without a doubt, this is hands-down one of the most enjoyable cars I?ve ever driven. My favorite feature of this car is the fun in driving it as well as the wonderful gas mileage that I get.
