Love the tech upgrades on my CX-9

Roomy, stylish, gutsy, smooth riding, luxurious and best of all I can start my car from my house or lock it from anywhere! Very cool upgrades.

Most comfortable car I’ve driven

The CX9 is the quietest most comfortable vehicle I’ve driven. Plus I think it’s one of the most beautiful cars on the road. Really like the leg room and the safety features. Best of all is the driving experience. It feels like a smaller vehicle to drive. My only concern is the cargo area behind the third seat is rather small. But since our children are grown and gone it will rarely be an issue.

Luxury Interior at a great price

All the interior bells and whistles of a luxury car. Sleek exterior at a great price. Super happy with my purchase. North Mazda team was Awesome!

Worst "user interface" I've encountered in a car

This is fair car that could be a very good car if Mazda had spent any real effort to integrate the electronics. They have "Mazda Connect" as a major part of the car. Entertainment, Navigation, some additional features. The Owner's Manual says, "see Mazda Connect manual" in several places. We got the car home, looked for the "Mazda Connect" manual and couldn't find one. Asked the dealer for one. Let us know that we could either download the app or go online, since they couldn't find a manual. There is a generic Mazda Connect manual on the internet, but none for the specific model. There is a lot of unrelated verbiage in the on line version and it is not all that helpful. This is not a car we will keep for very long, and it's really too bad because the car itself is pretty good.

Mazda with Luxury

The truck has everything I want in color, class, and style. I love it. The red interior on the Carbon Edition Mazda CX9 is beautiful and comfortable.

Best anniversary gift for my wife

Even though it’s my wife’s car I love it just as much as my 2019 Toyota Avalon. The SUV has all the features that my wife loves and the kids love the captain’s chair seating and rear controlled climate system. Our 13 year old no longer complains about not having enough room compared to the 2015 Grand Touring Cx-9 Model.

Moved from a Mazda6 to a CX9...very pleased!

I have previously owned an Audi and a BMW, but was frustrated with the maintenance and customer service. I moved to Mazda a few years ago and love this new CX9. The turbo gives it just enough pep for those times when you want/need it...and it is a beautiful vehicle inside and out. Loving this choice!
