Drives like butter, seats seven
We love this car. It's got great pick up, whether from a standstill or while passing on the highway. The handling is a firm, like a European car. The interior is beautiful, elegant, not too complicated looking and with not too much molded plastic. And functional, especially with the leather seats on the touring edition. The back seats collapse in seconds, the trunk goes from huge to big enough for groceries, when you put the third row up. The 2012 version has most of the features you want in a new car, like backup camera and Bluetooth connection. Our only complaint is that the central console does not have well designed software, and you have to spend a lot of time pushing little buttons on a touch screen in order to do things. Not great when you're driving. But a great car to drive, with plenty of room for the family.

Want a smooth, dependable ride? Drive a Mazda!
This vehicle is beyond expectations for short or long journeys. Roomy, quiet and as mentioned in the headline, 'dependable.' I drove Toyota for years and never thought I would buy any other make. Boy am I glad I decided otherwise. No matter the weather conditions (previously owned a CX5) snow drifts, ice or heavy rain Mazda is the right choice for you from sales to service to keeping their word Mazda is the ticket!

Awesome!
I realized the next day after we purchased our vehicle, there was an option that I assumed that all these types of vehicles already had. Well it didn't. But the great crew at Morries Mazda especially Charlie & Nate for helping us return the vehicle with no problems and getting us set up with a vehicle that had the options that we were looking for. We are very very HAPPY Morries Mazda shoppers! I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle to for sure shop at Morries Mazda Chippewa Falls!

Worst car I ever owned
Can't think of one good thing to say about this vehicle. I've owned mine for 2 years now and can't wait to get rid of it. To start with the mpg advertised is bogus. I get between 12-13 city and 17 highway. 2nd paint scratches extremely easily - I'm constantly telling my kids to be careful because the whole car is delicate. 3rd row seat is a joke. Can only really access it by rolling over 2nd row, and heaven forbid I need to lower the back seats because they won't lay flat until I move the second row forward and trying to lay the 2nd row flat you have to pull the front seats forward. As for storage there is none if the third row of seats are up. I've had to replace 3 fuel injectors..... Last but not least, went out last week the day after a snow storm and almost didn't make it back in one piece. Have never slid as much as I did and thank goodness the other cars around us had control of their cars because we went sailing across the road and into someone's yard to finally stop. If you're considering this vehicle and you're unsure, go with your gut and find something else. I wish I had.

Great Vehicle
We bought this Mazda used for the main purpose of transporting 3 grandkids (2 in car seats). Love the fact that this vehicle has a 3rd row which makes everyone happy. The all wheel drive is great for driving in Michigan winters. Took a while to get used to no daytime driving lights but fortunately if I leave the lights on they will shut off automatically. The one complaint I have is the cabin noise. I thought one of the windows was open the first time I drove it on the highway. We're getting used to it now. Overall though we are happy with this Mazda since we have had it for almost a year now and have only had to take it in for oil changes.

I'm in LOVE!!
I researched this vehicle for weeks before buying it. I had previously owned a Mazda and it was a great vehicle so I knew I wanted another Mazda. I needed more seats that most so I knew I needed 3rd row seating. I have read reviews saying the cabin is noisy. I have not experienced that. Very quiet and comfortable ride. The Bose system is amazing and all the bells and whistles make driving this crossover SUV great. The mileage isn't the best but I only drive 15 miles to work and take the kids to sports activities so it works well for us. I have also read reviews claiming that it is a rough ride for passengers. We have had no issues at all with this. Matter of fact my son has very bad motion sickness in cars and he recently read a book on the way to a doctors appointment in the back seat. We have had NO mechanical problems at all. We love this vehicle. I can't say enough about it!

Best Value for a Full Size Crossover SUV
This is my 3rd CX-9 and every one has been extremely reliable, comfortable, great handling (mine are all GTs w/AWD) and I average over 17 mpg. The Bose system is incredible. 3rd row seats are handy with grandchildren. Batteries in remote keys only last about 2 years which is far less than others I've had, but that is only a minor inconvenience compared to the overall reliability of the vehicle. The backup camera is a "must-have" but rain seriously obscures the view with small water drops. The airflow over the back of the vehicle sucks up all of the dirt and water all over the back window and the back of the car. Likewise, air dryers at the car wash do little or nothing on the rear of the car only. Design changes would be suggested for Mazda to solve this problem as it can obscure the rear view. I've never had a major problem with any of the 3, not even to be fixed under warranty. I would recommend this for anyone looking for great styling, great reliability and overall performance and overall value.
