Luxury ride

This is our third Lincoln. We did not trade in our MKZ, because it's condition is great. We decided a SUV was our next purchase. This one owner MKX, has everything we were looking for. The luxurious front seats hug your body. Our long trips from Ohio to Texas will be very comfy!

Love the handling of this bigger crossover. The interior and exterior are beautiful. I also am enjoying the panoramic sunroof.

Nice ride but skimpy on interior space

Great except for driver leg room and console storage. All the gadgets on the steering wheel are intimidating until you get used to them.

excellant car, size handling comfort style

I have owned several town cars because of their reliability and comfort for a family of 6, especially over the road. safe, the mkx brings me back to Lincoln as the size is right and I know the quality is there.

Not what I expected in a Lincoln MKX

I have had a faulty seat belt and bad service from my dealer. I do like the cooled and heated seats.

The 2016 is the second MKX I've leased

I love everything about this SUV other than the Sync system. It is virtually useless for navigation and I have resorted to using Google Maps on my Android voice which has no problem with voice recognition. I say phone and she says turning to am/fm. Very frustrating and my passengers have tried as well. I understood there was a newer improved version in the 2016 model from my previous 2013, however this has not been my experience. It's the only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating. An upgraded version to correct would give me complete satisfaction. I mentioned this to a sales manager when I took in for service and he agreed saying he also uses his phone rather than Sync navigation.

I love this car!

As an Enterprise Rent a Car employee, I drive several cars. l selected this car and am very satisfied overall, but I am disappointed that it doesn't have a digital speedometer.... or maybe I just haven't figured out how to activate it yet.
