2023 Lexus RX 500 H Sport: A Luxury Letdown
Purchased the 2023 Lexus RX 500 H Sport with high expectations, only to be met with a stark reality check. A minor accident involving a deer revealed a major flaw: a frustrating, over-seven-week wait for essential parts, rendering my $72,000 Lexus unusable. This experience highlights a significant gap in Lexus’s customer service and parts availability for new model years. As a luxury car owner, the lack of support and the prolonged immobility of my vehicle has been deeply disappointing. Potential buyers, be wary: the true luxury of a car extends beyond its features to include reliable after-sales service.

It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!
