2013 Lexus RX 350 consumer reviews

Just bought a Lexus RX 350 on 1-22-13 and both my wife and myself just love it. It drives so effortlessly. The nav. system takes a little getting used to, but so far havin't had to call Lexus for help. Great car.

2013 Lexus RX350: I love the vehicle!! It?s looks, comfort, handling, style, etc. But, it has some interior design shortcomings. *Inconvenient driver storage areas: -You can?t just get in the car & easily store your sunglass case, wallet, papers, etc. The only convenient area is the door pocket (which conveniently expands). The shelf ?under? the center console is very difficult to access. *clock position: -The clock sits low on the center dashboard. If you?re holding the steering wheel anywhere in the 12 to 5 o?clock position, you have to move your right arm to view the clock. *Trip/odometer button is hidden on the lower dash, left of the steering wheel column (inconvenient). *the Lexus Remote Touch System is impressive but not efficient to use. Ex: requires 3 mouse clicks to turn-off A/C. Or you can leave it on all the time. *GPS system - my salesman said the database can be updated. He didn?t say it would cost $169. *My biggest disappointment - CD player!!! On the Window Sticker, listed under ?Standard Equipment?, 6-disc CD Changer (we like using CD?s). On the right side, under accessories: single CD/DVD player (we didn?t see this ? it?s deceiving) Since it was listed under ?Standard Equipment?, I thought I was paying for a 6-disc CD Changer! I didn?t catch this ?sleight of hand? switch. I guess, I was ?goo-goo eyed? while purchasing the vehicle. But, as I said before, I love driving the vehicle !!

Purchase the vehicle in December when the dealer is trying to empty his lot so that he doesn't pay tax on unsold vehicles. Then the Buyer can "cut" a deal.

Wow for wonderfully comfortable, beautiful inside and out and I hope reliable. (Consumer Reports feels it is.) I have had my Toyota T 100 pick-up for 17 years and will keep it also - this will be my nice car and will allow more comfort for my passengers.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH TRICIA. WHILE ON VACATION I HAD A SMOOTHER RIDE IN A HORSE AND BUGGY. LEXUS NEEDS TO LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOUT PROBLEMS. THEY ARE SLOW TO KEEP UP WITH TECHNOLOGY, THE RIDE IS GETTING WORSE, THE ROAD NOISE IS TERRIBLE. IT IS NOT STRANGE THAT THEY DON'T OWN UP TO THEIR PROBLEMS.

This is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. Took a while to consumate the deal and get the price I wanted. Too early to tell but this is enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, stylish, and handles well on th eroad.

after having a convertible, i never thought i would own an suv. i drove several but loved the lexus..the leather is so soft and comfortable and it drives nicely.only had it a week so i am still getting use to driving where you sit up higher.

buy a new rx350 ,ride is not very smooth ,then I CHECK the tire do you how .it is 44 psi .then I SET 32 psi ,it's very comtible ,so far i got almost 21mpg in city

I just purchased my third Lexus RX350, this time the new F Sport version. My wife wanted me to have a more masculine looking and handling vehicle and this one totally fits the bill. I love the look, feel, and drive of this car. This car has an 8 speed transmission with paddle shifters and on a recent trip down from the mountains I saved considerable break pad by down and up shifting during the trip. I'm totally happy with this very luxurious SUV.
