2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee consumer reviews

This is the 3rd Grand Jeep Cherokee I have owned. 2015, 17, and now this 2020. LOVE LOVE IT! Ride, comfort, extras, styling, performance and reliability keep me coming back to own another!

I have had 3 Jeep leases back to back and was always pleased with them. The Grand Cherokee is great and happy to report have had no issues in the past.

Heavy car with a big engine gets you where you are going in comfort. Is off road rated and has an air suspension that raises or lowers the car to match the type of terrain you are driving on. Bought it for towing a small boat. Very impressed after one month of ownership.

This by far is the nicest vehicle I have ever owed. This Jeep has all the bells and whistles and just love it. Lots of room, well built and I feel safe.

Love this jeep! Perfect size, not too big like some SUVs. Lots of room inside and so comfortable. Rides so smooth. This is the 4th jeep I have owned and they just get better and better.

More bells and whistles than I have had in a long time, but worth it for the comfort. The A/C is not as powerful as my 2003 Liberty, but this vehicle is top notch and will be part of our family for many years to come.

Now on my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee, this 2020 GC Overland is the best of the 3. Granted, the trim level is above the other 2 (Laredo, Limited), but interior upgrades, mechanical changes and styling differences are top notch. Infotainment screen much improved. Headlights & taillights are far better than 4-5 years ago. Pentastar V6 still seems a bit underpowered, but getting the V8 just kills gas mileage.

This Jeep is my 8th, It is in perfect shape, and I love it! 4x4 and luxurious at the same time. Best Jeep I've owned yet.

I had the GC Limited and upgraded to the GC Limited X which is even nicer and drives great. Lots of nice features. I highly recommend it.
