2010 Jeep Compass consumer reviews

My jeep compass has done me well I have taken it to idaho from Seattle and back. I've driven it to Oregon over 6 times and I use it for work. I swap my Cvt fluid out every 40k miles and do oil changes every 15k miles running on signature series amsoil. I'm at about 217k miles with low maintenance needed.

I think this vehicle is a worthless piece of scrap. Never buy Mopar again. Absolute waste of my money and my time. Could of bought a bike.

Purchased this car at 93,000 miles, was told by used dealer that there were no current issues or signs of a future issue, even after shop check. Transmission blew at 98,000, and have had issues with the modules and computers fizzling out. Muffler never truly secured and knocks frequently, regardless of preventative maintenance. Have taken a trip with it since Trans replacement, ran well. Overall, when it’s running and available for use, a solid car to get you from point A to B.

Best vehicle I have owned. Awesome in the snow. Comfortable, roomy, drives great and fun to drive. 4x4 optional lever. Great gas mileage 27 MPG. Looks great too. Reliable.

I bought this car used, first there's an issue with the sunlight and it literally rains in my car through my headlamp and my interior is soaked on the inside of the roof stained to xxxx! Now for repairs, I had the front struts replaced twice the tie rods, the control arms all upper and lower and two of them twice, the alternator, bolts and lug nuts on most the tires, the axle the axle nut, the leaking in my roof coming in the car shorted my control panel (havac controls) and my drivers side airbag sensor this car I bought at about 11000 4 years ago and all of the major work has been done all at once, oh and when my wheel bearing went bad there was only a rubbing noise like a caliper rubbing on the break mind you I have had the wheel bearing replaced twice. And I'm sure I missed other things that I have had to repair in this car and I have no nice way to say that this car is the biggest literal piece of sh@t I have ever owned or driven.. and I suggest if you want to get violently xxxxx by the cost of car repairs at least buy a car that's worth saving.. like a classic

Has so many blind spots!!! Have had tire problems, even w/new tires bad rims.this has been going on for years. Now strange lighting issues w/blinkers. the right front only works if the head lights are off.

Good fuel economy, and handles well. Great value and will last me for years. Regular maintenance every 5,000 with full synthetic oil. 8-10 quality of vehicle

Our compass was dependable. Heard stories of transmission problems from many expert mechanics. Ours did not have a problem yet! Only complaint, hard to clean between the seats and console. Very good 4wd in heavy snow!

This car met all my needs. It drives and handles nicely. Good pickup at start. Very roomy and cargo area is great. It's a quiet ride, and a pleasure to drive.

No need for anymore in NYC, saves tons of gas, fits in most parking spots, easy to drive, veey visible from a distance, sits an entire family
