2020 Jeep Cherokee consumer reviews

It's a good car!...haven't had it that long to give it a fair rating though. The power transfer unit (ptu) did need to be replaced not long after I bought..there was a big recall of these in 15 - 17s...but the shop called Chrysler to take care of it...I'll see...? But anyway..it's a decent ride..decent mpg..interior is good...it's a jeep!

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

Love everything about the car the color the room in the interior the pick up the ride and the options are just excellent I am so excited to be able to take a road trip soon

This car met our expectations as far as looks, good gas mileage, comfort and reliability. It performs well in town and on the road. Excellent choice on our part!!!

Not a good or a reliable car you have to put oil in this car every 1000mils if you dont the car shuts off on you. They dont tell you this when you get this car

The Jeep Cherokee was an excellent choice. It rides well, great gas mileage, has comfort safety features that allow my family to be safe during traveling.

I drive quite a bit. 800 miles in the past 3 days. I was impressed with the way the car performed. Great gas mpg, handled the road very well.
