Most Reliable Car I have ever owned.
This car has met all of my needs. It has plenty of leg room in the front & back, the ride is great compared to other cars I have tested. It has multiple USB ports. It seems good on gas as well.

First time purchasing a Jeep vehicle. So far it has met and exceeded all of my expectations. Looking forward to many miles in the future.

Would not buy this model again
We have a brand new Jeep Cherokee Limited with a total or 600 miles on it. We have become scared to drive it due to the fact the hood flutters when passing by a semi-truck and or driving into a head wind. Been to the dealer and the problem can't be remedied. We cant figure why Jeep would build a steel car and put an aluminum hood on it?

They are rude and scamming
There are some rude people are working in this dealership. An associate worked with us to get a deal on Grand Cherokee. But the General Manager Isaac was supper rude and run my credit without my consent. Even though I informed the associate to not run my credit if the numbers are not double, but they did not care. The manager was literally yelling at my pregnant wife and myself that he cannot make deal with the numbers they gave us. I would never go to this place again. I will escalate the issue very seriously.

Very solid car for our needs.
We were looking for a car that we could pull behind our new RV with all four wheels down. This vehicle is superb for this. It seems to be solid as a rock. Plenty of room for those adventures away from our home away from home.

Very solid and tight vehicle that handles well.
Vehicle performed very well on an extended road trip. Handling and comfort was very good. Quite reasonable gas mileage on open road traveling. I've owned numerous Jeeps and have no complaints.

2019 Jeep Cherokee
Owned for 7,500 miles with no problems. Why do all reviewers fault the transmission? You can always use the sport mode and shift yourself. Also, the V6 is more powerful and smoother than the CRV. Off road it has no peer and it is the best 4X4 (out of 6 owned) in the snow. The 2019 is a great improvement over the 2015 I owned. Headlights are better.

I LOVE this car
This car is the best I’ve owned. It meets All my needs and then some. Super comfortable. Great towing capacity. Driver console items are intuitive. Great sound system. Awesome safety features. It just needs a bigger gas tank and a sun roof.

A little disappointed
7k miles into my ownership, my transmission light came on. Torque converter was the fault, so dealership ordered a new one. A week later part finally came in, during install they found transmission metal all throughout. Transmission was burning up after 7,000 miles. Took another MONTH to get the replacement transmission. Hopefully just 1 bad part in the sea of transmissions. Only time will tell.

Decent SUV
I leased the Cherokee for city use I like it for comfort features; not a 4*4 or 4*2 so it performs ok for a city/hw SUV with nice styling and Brand..
