Love my Jag
The car still turns heads, it‘s extremly comfortable... Repairs are costly, the air suspension isn‘t built for life. I drive a 2019 Volvo S90 as a daily car and this is such a great car too, but still i‘m looking forward to drive my Jaguar every weekend.

Best car I have owned.
Smooth and powerful engine with good gas mileage. Interior comfort is great. Even though it was over 10 years old, I was proud pulling up in it!

This car turns heads.
Very quick and agile. The body style looks classic. Aluminum body is light and rigid. Self adjusting suspension keeps car glued to road. Classy interior.Love this car and love the ride.

Bought mine with 184,000 miles
I've parked the 2004 Wrangler Rubicon for the summer last year 6/2017 and bought a Jag XJ8. Best thing I've ever done. It was in great shape, has power to spare and gets better mileage the my Jeep. Luxury abounds, and it can go thru tires quickly when coming off the lights.. I will definitely buy another one, but I suspect this one will get me to 500,000 miles. The only problem in 1 year of ownership was to cut a cooling hose (original 2004) in the overflow cooling system. Got the new clamp for free. ZERO cost. Best car ever, best ride, handling, 18mpg stop and go driving, 32mpg on the highway!!!

Classiest car I've owned
Car was excellent for me. Real head-turner. Had a few issues with reliability, but would buy again. V8 engine and transmission worked perfectly together and pushed the car tremendously. Very good leg room throughout the car. Rode like a dream!

Jaguar XJ8s are a lovely car!
If you can get a hold of a Jaguar before TATA bought them out then you stand to get a good car. The 2004, XJ8 offers luxury and a gliding ride. All of the spirit of a race car with the elegance of an executive luxury sedan. You don't feel a bump with Air Ride suspension.

I love this car
I have owned mine for 5 years and have driven it for around 50 k and have only had to replace the water pump and do oil changes. The value hasn't dropped at all from when i got it and may not drop much more. The driving experience is great both while driving fast and when commuting . I get better fuel milage in it than I do in my mini and I feel like a king when I drive it.

Ask questions
Love this car however, I bought from a new car dealership believing they would not offer a car for sale on their lot that was not road worthy. I was wrong. I took the car to my trusted mechanic of many years and he pointed out worn out ball joints, tie rod ends a leaking radiator hose. He claimed the car was unsafe to drive. Within two weeks a bad compressor along with blown air shocks developed. $4800.00 in repairs. Since repaired still in love with the Jag. My other car is a 911 Cabriolet. I'd rather drive the Jag. The dealer was the problem more so than the car. It should not have been sold.
