BE CAREFUL

The wiring is wrapped in a soy based material which is attractive to rodents. I have less than 3000 miles on the car and have had it in twice for repairs because the wires were chewed through. First time it was free; second time $320 bucks. Not smart engineering and it makes you wonder if that wasn’t the plan to get you in for repairs when the check engine light comes on. I would not recommend the car, but especially if you don’t have a garage!

Best bang for your buck small SUV

This SUV has more options for the price than any other Make & Model. It has everything from heated front and rear seats, air conditioned front seats, heated steering wheel, navigation, and front and rear cameras.

Well built, well engineered vehicle

Generally, my wife and I are pleased with the Tucson. It seems very well built with a solid feel. However, the passenger seat, which is not vertically adjustable, is too low for my wife.

What a LEMOM

Car was leased in February 2020 and in March of that year would not start. The LEMON was towed to Hyundai service center and returned there 2 more times with the problem persisting. The LEMON was then towed to another Hyundai service center twice where the radio was replaced. I was told that the LEMON was now fixed. Now almost to the day of problem it is again not starting. The LEMON was towed to Hyundai service center again and now 2 weeks later am being told it is not the radio.

Can't see out the windshield, can't see out the ri

Front passenger can't see out windows, front passenger seat too low and can't be adjusted, right mirror too small leaving blind spots. Adding pillows is dangerous.

Uncomfortable

This is my fault because I only test drove it for a few minutes. This car has the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. Even with power seats you cannot get comfortable. It is impossible to drive for more than a hour without your sciatic nerve flaring up. Don't buy if you plan to take any road trips. It is a nice vehicle overall, but if you can't drive it for more than 1-hour, why own it.

Good and comfortable 4 wheel drive

Needed a car that will be good for winters as I traded my 2014 Honda from Florida. Looked at few options (Honda, Subaru, Toyota, Chevy, Jeep, Nissan...) but ended up buying a Tucson, my first ever Hyundai. So far, 6 months of owning it, everything is good. Smooth ride, very comfortable (I am 6 ft 6 inches tall guy, 235 lbs.). Car performed exceptionally well in extremely cold and snowy weather, thanks to the good all-weather tires provided by the dealer and Hyundai's winter package. Overall, very happy with the purchase. The only improvement I would like to see is a better fuel efficiency, but that is also not that bad. Love the 3 years of complementary maintenance and BlueLink on the Hyundai app!
