So far, so good
First, let me admite that I have only had my 2011 Sonata Limited 2.0T for a little over a week and about 300 back-and-forth-to-work-and-around-town miles. I haven't even had the opportunity to get it out on the open highway yet. So my review is somewhat limited. (No pun intended.) So far, I really love this car and enjoy driving it. It is solid, powerful, and comfortable. I chose the turbo because of the stiffer handling because I liked that better than the 2.4L Limited. Having driven a 2001 Subaru Forester for the past 9 years, I wanted something with a few more creature comforts. I found it. This Sonata has great features -- heated leather seats, great sound system, keyless operation, and all the features that I have come to expect as "standard," like cruise control and electric windows. A co-worker who drives a late model Cadillac SRX took a look at my car and was impressed, so the "yuck, it's a Hyundai" snobbery doesn't seem to apply, at least not in this case. Opening and closing the door is all I needed to tell me this was a solid car, but driving it has reinforced that notion. But it is relatively easy to build a car that is solid when new. Will it stay that way? We'll see. Right now, everything seems to be finished well. It all fits. I have found only two minor irritations so far. First, stepping lightly on the accelerator results in a slight pause, while a harder step often puts the turbo into play. I attribute this to my just needing to get used to the feel of the car, so it's no big deal. The other is a tendency for the car to pull slightly to the left, as I have read in a couple other reviews. This is SLIGHT, as stated, but it is there. Again, I suspect I'll adjust my driving to these minor factors within the first thousand miles or so. My only remaining trepidation is endurance. I drove my Subaru nine years and 111,000 miles and it is still going strong and drives well, if not as sporty or quick as the Sonata. If the Sonata can do that, I'll be a happy driver for a long time. My only reason for rating the reliability as low as I did is that I just haven't had the car long enough to know.

Thats right! It's a Hyundai!
Wow. The Sonanta 2.0L Limited. What is there not to like about this car. Definitely engineered smartly. Very fuel efficient, zippy for a 4 cyl, 16 valve, 200 HP vehicle. Stylish, comfortable and fun to drive. Some people still can't believe it's a Hyundai. Looks like a Mercedes and has plenty of luxury car appointments. Have put 4000 miles on it already and she purrs when i open her up on the highway. Be careful, it's easy to do 85 -90 MPH in this car. Can't go wrong with this car.

Very Impressive
I have never researched a possible car buy more thoroughly, and the Sonata lives up to every good thing I read about it. Great mileage, comfortable, very quiet ride, and better than expected performance from a 4 cylinder. Everything works as advertised. The one problem I've noted is a very large blind spot on the left rear quarter that you have to be aware of. I don't want to check out the high safety rating personally. I highly recommend driving a Sonata before you buy a competing car.

2011 Sonata - A nice sedan
I've owned this car about 2 months now. I've had no troubles at all with it. It gets great gas mileage (on the road I have gotten up to 35 mpg). The 4 cylinder has plenty of power for my needs. My only gripe might be that the stereo is not really user replaceable the way it is made into the dash and integrated with the steering wheel controls. It sounds ok but I would have liked to had more output without having to spring for the upgraded model. All in all I'm a happy camper.

2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited - Great Car!
I purchased this car a little over 5 weeks ago, and according to the trip timer - logged so far over 60 hours in the vehicle commuting. My Limited has everything BUT the Nav. Don't waste your money - get an iPhone and you won't even need the radio - just the blue tooth and you're set! So far this car has lived up to my expecations without me even looking for things to be wrong. I think what's keeping me so happy is the value this car brings to the market. You get so much for a lot less than the competitors. We're a Honda family and have been for years - would have spent at least 5K more on a similar model. The only draw back, which I knew before I purchased, was the GDI engine noise. It's not as quite as I would prefer it. I want an engine quite enough what you can't tell it's running. The GDI is noiser than that.... If you're looking at making a purchase that has a lot of value in the features and are willing to break that Honda, Toyota mold - welcome to the Hyundai family!

Poor Ride Quality
I have owned the Venetian Red 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited with the Nav for about 6 months now and driven around 8,000 miles. The 2011 Hyundai Sonata is one of the best looking cars in the segment. The Limited has great some standard and optional features like Navigation, backup camera, Heated Front and Rear Seats etc and is good value for money. The leather seats are comfortable and gas mileage is good. The Navigation and Infinity Sound System are awesome. However, the ride is pretty rough on city roads and interstates which makes it pretty annoying to drive this car for even short distances. My wife owns a 2002 Camry and I still love driving her car with the ride quality being very smooth. Hyundai has a long way to go before before it can make cars which can compete with Toyota or Honda in terms of ride quality. Hyundai should focus on improving ride quality and suspension of future Sonata models rather than manufacturing good looking cars with great features but poor ride quality. For the time being, I plan on trading my 2011 Hyundai Sonata for a Toyota.

LOVE IT!!!!
This is the first car i bought on my own and i love it!!!! I've had it for about 3 months now. I was waiting the new Jetta's to come out but after i test drove the sonata I had to have it!! It was the only car I test drove!! It had everything I need for a price I can afford. The warranty is great also! I mainly drive in the city and it drives great. I was really impressed on how it drove on the interstate. I love the hands-free calling and the xm radio that comes free for 3 months. Several people have told me how it looks like a Mercedes which is a great compliment. I would recommend this car to people. it is a great car for the price!!!!

Hyundai makes a hit
After driving the three models of the 2011 Sonata I chose the mid priced SE. The styling is first rate, performance is adequate, gas mileage is a plus for this sized vehicle and it's a nice handling, responsive and comfortable vehicle. I have found nothing to complain about in the 3500 miles I've driven the car. The recall was handled efficiently by the dealer and there was no problem with the steering on this unit. Very pleased with the car so far.
