Although paying $30,000 for this car has absolutely zero perks I’ve had it recalled three times already one with an exploding back windchill, the backseat has no cupholders at all with no pull down in the center seats for them. The gas mileage is horrible and I hate to say it, but there’s even more things. I am so sorry that I bought this car. shame on you, Honda.

Good Car.
Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

DO NOT BUY HR-V HONDA! read a few of my experience
Very uncomfortable vehicle. The pilot chair is low, the heat for the chair isn't feeling the heat. To connect the phone via bluetooth is a mission. I took a lease, a big mistake!!! Honda is one of the cars that is almost impossible to return the car to another dealer that isn't Honda, to get a better car, so, I'm practically stuck with this xxx for now. I learned my lesson to check reviews and lear more about better cars. DON'T BUY THIS HR-V H!

The EX-L Is Incredible!
What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

A Great Value With Plenty of Safety Built In
This small SUV gives a lot of bang for the buck. For my driving this car has plenty of power. I don't know whether the others who say it is under powered are trying to run in the Indy 500 or what, but for every day driving as well as on the interstate it has more than enough power. The only negative for me is I got the LX model and it is not satellite radio compatible. This is for one purpose and that is to get the customer to spend more to get the more expensive model. If I were Sirius I would tell auto makers that they either offer satellite radio in all models or they don't get it for any of their models. The HR-V gets great gas milage and has a ton of safety features. I love the HR-V!

Buyer beware - no support from Honda
We received our 2023 hr-v in September, 3 months after ordering it as promised. A car pulled out in front of us causing an accident in mid December . We still don't have our hr-v back. Honda can not supply replacement seatbelts for the car. It's been almost 6 months! Honda has escalated our seatbelts to critical in their supply chain but still have NO ESTIMATE as to when the parts will be available. I keep getting the same run around when I call. The local dealer now has over 50 new hr-v's on the lot. Honda is obviously prioritizing new car production and their profit margin at the expense of current owners. My family has owned over 20 Hondas among my parents and sister's families. We will no longer be purchasing any Honda products. I can't speak to the pros or cons of the vehicle as we've only driven it 1500 miles in 8 months of ownership due to Honda's inability or unwillingness to support us despite our long term support of them.

A Premium Package Subcompact SUV
The 2023 Honda HR-V is a premier choice for an entry level SUV. While the market has these going, on average, for above MSRP, these still are well worth the price. MPGs are stellar, currently at above 27MPGs in my 2023 Honda HR-V LX AWD. The AWD system is phenomenal, especially in Snow mode during poor weather conditions. Exterior styling is easily the best in its class. Downsides for the LX are the lack of BSW (which should be standard at this point), no heated seats, and no backseat amenities (across all trims). The sound system is subpar at best, albeit the Apple CarPlay system is incredibly smooth to operate. No wireless Apple CarPlay in the base model (EX-L only). Storage is made easy with the fold-down seats at the push of a button. My favorite functionality part about the interior is the spacious storage compartment located underneath the trunk mat. Handling on the roads overall is great and road noise is quiet, but hard accelerations (highway merging) will lightly shake the car with a loud roar. I recommend from my findings to shift to Sport mode when making high leverage merging for a more reliable acceleration. 4,000 miles in, I can say with confidence that I recommend the 2023 Honda HR-V for your next vehicle purchase!
