Dances like a butterfly, stings like a bee

I bought a 2005 Honda Accord 255HP V6 Hybrid about 6 months ago. Cannot believe how this car drives. Ooodles of smooth power (I'm tempted to see how fast she will go). Get consistently 31 mpg overall combination of city and highway... 36 on highway exclusively. anyway, best car I have ever owned in 36 years of vehicles.

A sleeper Acura

I have a 2005 Accord Coupe, V6, 6 Spd manual transmission, with Navigation. This is truly the best car I've ever owned. It looks, feels, and drives like an Acura. The V6 has torque throughout the rev range, the interior is stylish and well laid out, and the shifter/clutch combo is fantastic. The V6 6 Spd has upgraded suspension, wheels and (I think) brakes. Most noticeable is the 180 watt OEM stereo only offered in the 6-6. It's a great system. Overall, an amazing car, if you can find one. The 6-6 with Navi are a bit rare.

A little strange but amazing car!

So I just recently bought a 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid. I have never owned a hybrid and was upgrading from a 1994 Toyota Camry, so i guess upgrade is a bit of an understatement. haha. Anyway I love everything about the car so far. It gets amazing gas mileage for a 3.0L engine and still has the power and torque to get up and go. The exterior looks nice, although mine has some pretty minor scratches im going to try and fill and get rid of, but the Interior is incredibly nice. I love all the extra storage space you have right around the front seat and driving area for putting my phone or wallet or whatever. My only complaint about the car is that there is no way to hook up my Ipod with the stock system, but after minor research it is rather easy to remove a couple pieces of the center console and storage bin and there is the back of the head unit which is where you can plug in an adapter to make your Ipod work. So I guess it isn't too much of a complaint considering how much I am saving on gas. I can jut turn that money around and grab this adapter and boom! My Ipod is back in business. :) Love This Rid So Far!!!

Fuel Efficient, Luxury-Feel, Race Car

I inherited this vehicle and was going to sell it but after driving it for a week, I fell in love with her and plan to run her until the end. I cannot believe a car with this much power can consistently get 34-36 mpg! I drive her up and down mountain roads and she climbs them without breaking a sweat only asking me, "How fast do you want me to go? 75mph? 80mph?" It's no sweat when a slow-moving vehicle pulls in front of me on an incline. Once it's gone, she speeds up like she doesn't even know she's climbing. The interior, especially heated leather seats in the winter, feel like she's hugging you. My 3.0 V-6 drives like a luxury sports car--heavy and grounded--not about to be blown away in a strong wind. But she's more reliable and inexpensive to own with fuel efficiency that can only be beat by today's hybrids or gutless economy vehicles. She will probably be the best vehicle I will ever own.

Honda Accord 2005 V6

Awesome car! I love it and can hardly stop driving it. I bought it off of here about a month ago and cannot say enough, drivs excellent, great design, very affordable, and for only about 80,000 miles (for the price I got, around $10,000, you can pretty easily talk it down to about the same). I don't think I could have found a better car for the same price. Don't think twice if you're interested in this car.

Best car I have ever owned

The car is so reliable, I bought it brand new and after 75K miles I finally had to change the original tires. Never ever had any issues, regular synthetic oil changes keeps this rock solid car running.

STILL the BEST Car I have EVER OWNED !

This is my second review on my "05"Accord EX-L, 2dr. V-6. I now have 149,000 miles.."trouble-FREE" miles. I did my own maint. for its 105,000 mile @ 127,000. I would recommend it be done @ the req. 105,000 because the timing belt was VERY stretched.I was able to NOTE this prior to the disassembly, crank @ TDC, one CAM sprocket about 3degrees Off, the other CAM sprocket about 6 degrees Off. The car still gets 30+ mpg. as an average. The ride is firm, but when I run at 128mph. for a few miles on the Inerstate at 4am with no one else on the road and miles of view through the country the handling from one lane to the other is like it is on tracks. Just AMAZING!

Even Better Than Expected!

I bought my '05 accord ex 4 dr. 4 cylinder just over 2 months ago and I have never been more happy with a car in my life. There was nothing I would change about my car. I was comfortable on my drive between school and home, (a almost 4 hour drive), and what I love the most, the safety and reliability. I have not had a single problem with my car until just very recently. I was involved in a somewhat serious accident and I was able to walk away from it. I don't know that it was all because of the car, but I can say that I will never drive anything else! I loved my car!
