Explore the 2006 GMC Yukon

I'd buy another at 200,000, miles!

My 2006 Yukon has 295,000 miles, and hardly used any oil. My biggest expense was the rear main seal, but other than that the usual maintenance repairs that cost less than a single payment on a new vehicle! I love this SUV and will use it to pull a 4,500 lb boat and trailer. My big worry is that if someone hits it, it will be "totalled" too easily!! I think 2006 was the last of that series, and most of the bugs had been worked out.

Acts like it still under warranty - no issues

250000+ mile and 16 years old, and we owned it for every mile, every year. One of the best things from 2006. Now our son wants for his first vehicle.

Very strong and reliable truck

I’m selling a 2006 GMC YUKON DELANI. Strong running truck with just some cosmetic issue far as paint chipping do to age. Other than that the truck is outstanding.

Great family vehicle

This car met all of our needs for our family, great times going to and from the kids sports and vacations spots. Very reliable for all seasons. The kids have moved on and I hope another family will be able to put it to use.

I Loved My Yukon - Son Almost Died

I Loved my Yukon was ready to purchase another New one. ON July 2, 2019 my Son was on his way to work on a 2 lane narrow road. The Yukon went slightly off the right side of the road which had a small ditch. My Son over corrected and hit a pickup truck. My Son in the Yukon was facing a guard rail. He was knocked un conscience. He was extremely lucky other people were on their way to work. Two men pulled him out of the Yukon just before the explosion. The Yukon exploded and caught on fire. It was a raging hot fire. The entire truck was burnt up. The pickup truck had a dent on the front side of the fender and along down the fender. My Yukon had the same dents however, the explosion and fire burnt my Yukon beyond repairs. Totaled my GMC Yukon. I have no car or SUV to drive. Thank God for the air bag and God Bless the Men who pulled my Son out of the Yukon. The photos from some of my Son's co-workers were just HORRIBLE!

Surprisingly reliable

Fantastic vehicle for a large family. I love the exterior of the vehicle but the seats might be the best feature of the vehicle!!

Sherman tank in the snow

The third row seating is actually pretty comfortable. All wheel drive is a dream in the snow. Power to spare with the 6.0L
