Worst car

Transmission went at 98,000. Had complained right after buying car. Car would bog down on take off. Dealer said they all did this. No recall by gm. Excessive oil use. Was a recall but gm did not contact owners of recall. When I found out the recall date was over. Had to get engine rebuilt. Faulty piston rings

Bad Money

Timing chain should it be an issue but this car had two replace within 7000 miles. History of e vehicle. Also now camshaft sensor right after timing chain. History of oil consumption also. Mandy problems with this vehicle for everyone not just this particular car.

Money pit

While this vehicle is comfortable and decent looking... The engine is junk! The issues arrive as soon as the warranty runs out. Pulled the cam and it was engulfed with metal shavings, Dies every couple blocks, and is nothing more than a money pit!

Worst vehicle EVER purchased

This is the worst vehicle we have ever purchased. About a week after we purchased it we had to put in $3000 worth of work, now a year later and another $3500 and the warranty company doesn’t want to pay. The issue is a know issue with many Terrains per the service department. I will never purchase another one!

Great car!

I wasn’t into SUV’s, until I had this car. I feel very comfortable driving the Terrain. And the drives smoothly! Definitely recommend this car to parents with kids, or just people that like bigger-sized cars but too big

Not Realiable or Safe to Drive

This vehicle has issues. Drinks Oil, stalls out idling and pulling into traffic and stopping at red lights and stop signs. It is a Power Train issue. There are numerous complaints for these issues but the Dealers Service Department acts clueless. I do not recommend this vehicle. I feel like I am being put off until the warranty expires...

Terrain - reg. maintenance & no accidents

This car is a pleasure to drive, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for all, has handled 3 kids car seats across the 2nd row. Regular maintenance.
