Great truck with lots of head room and power on .

I am very pleased with the performance and mileage with this truck. It has plenty of options abdngreat towing capacity for a mid sized truck.

Would not buy again. Planning on trading.

Styling is great with a number of comments, but reliability is sub-par. Transmission failure imminent with only 22K miles. Interior rattling of dashboard. Poor dealer support.

2016 GMC Canyon diesel

Still waiting on open recall for particulate filter fix. Truck runs smoothe. Lots of torque for a small truck. Excited to get gm to finish fix so I can see how well it will tow.

Nice running vehicle but.....

We have replaced the passenger seat once and both the drivers seat and passenger seat need to be replaced now. There are only 28,000 miles on this 2016 vehicle. I have owned cars and trucks with a lot more miles than this without the leather ripping in the seats. Definitely flawed!

Good truck with bad transmission

Great truck on the road but in town transmission slips, judders, hard shifts... has mind if it’s own. Rarely smooth and a constant annoyance. Been to dealer four times with no solutions from dealer or GMC. Expensive truck of poor quality.

Transmission Slip and Stall

OK except for the fact GMC will not fix the transmission, which they admitted to "yes we drove it and it slipped, but when we put it in shop we could not duplicate the problem" SAY WHAT !!!!!

Better than a Tacoma

I am very surprised at how comfort and maneuverability of this truck . Plenty of power for a V6 and extremely quiet. My only complaint there is no storage under or behind the back seat. So far I am very impressed with all the "gadgets" and the car play features.

Like the truck.....But...

Great truck but the 3rd light leaks, on a 2016. Not covered under warranty. Headliner ruined $1882.00 to repair it. Not covered because of warranty out for mileage. Its not mechanical, GMC, itsthe body. I'll never buy an extended warranty again.

Recent purchase and my first GMC vehicle.

It is a striking truck, bright red and just the right size. Plenty of features and I look forward to years of travel. Very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful design but Weak acceleration start

Best looking midsized truck available. I love the all terrain interior appearance and apple car play. The ride is very quiet and smooth. This my 3rd GMC Canyons. I bought my first canyon in 2015. I traded my 1st 2 canyons due to the build quality was lacking. For example sound system to front passenger door raddled when there is high bass.
