2025 Genesis GV80 consumer reviews

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

I basically here to complain that our brand new 2025 GV80 has issues and we are still waiting to get it fixed. It's a brand new card. Rolled off the lot with 26 miles and the Genesis Connected has never worked. Carplay wiressless doesn't work. System updates do not work. Wifi access point doesn't work. Activating genesis connect simply fails and tells you to call support. Support simply resets the radio which does nothing. We were told to take the car back to a Genesis dealer. So we drove two hours to Tallahasee florida and was told they could not fix it. Now we're being told we need to drive 2.5 hours each way, to Ft Waldon FL to another dealer to get it fixed. This is ridiculous. They refuse to come get the car, and refuse to guarantee us a loaner car. I doubt we ever buy another one even if we get this fixed!

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.
