I've owned 8 different models of mustang

From a 1978 4cyl to a brand new 2016 I've been in and seen them all. The 16 really caught my eye and I had to go check one out for myself . I bought a 2016 GT premium with redline , a six speed and a 3.55 final drive . The car impressed me as world class with its build and solid engineering . Too many people read a review or see some performance numbers on the internet and think that defines a car . The mustang is fast , well engineered and keeps the tradition of a car that was introduced 50+ years ago . I read slot of mustang and Camaro comparisons . People need to remember it was the mustang that has been made consistently for over fifty years and it started it all

Mustang ecoboost

Unsure everything yet just purchased. Reliability well it's a garage queen. 2016 has 1600 miles on it now. Very comfortable, sporty and very surprised with 4cyl turbo. Unlike it doesn't have that distinctive turbo sound. If have chance and a mustang enthusiast please don't rule out this opportunity. Gas mileage recorded cruise set at 60 37.2 mpg.

2016 V6 Mustang Convertible

Handling: The Mustang always felt planted when going through turns. I felt that since it was wider than my Volvo, it felt more stable on the on-ramp loops at speed. Although the car was low, the ride was quite smooth over bumps. Maybe, I?m just jaded by my lowered springs on stock shocks?whatever it looks cool. Performance: Not bad - the car has some get up for 300+hp and is faster than my car. On ramps and merging through traffic were easy. I would be content with this power as a daily driver. As I?ve driven the Challenger R/T and the C5, it?s obvious those had better acceleration times with the bigger engines. The automatic is best experienced in S mode as I noticed the car likes to be in 6th gear as much as possible leading to noticeable lag when punching it. The gearbox has decent response for traditional automatic using the paddle shifters. I find it is best to downshift manually with the paddles before passing or hitting the on-ramps. Visibility: Hmm not great with the convertible top on. It?s nice that the mirrors have little blind spot lenses. The window in the back is a tiny slit that shakes when the windows are down. There is a secure feeling in the car with the long hood and high belt line. If I were to own a Mustang, I?d get the hard top?looks cooler too. Interior: The car came with a basic package of cloth seats. I notice that this model didn?t have the airplane style switches at the bottom of the center console to adjust steering response, hazards, traction control, etc. Steering wheel felt nice as it was padded with leather. The gauge cluster was fun to play with as there was a track app that would show 0-60, braking distance, etc. that?s like the Challenger. Exterior: The Mustang looks great. It?s the best looking out there compared to the Camaro and Challenger IMHO. The car looks the best from the three-quarter rear angle with those sequential tail lights?especially in the evening. The front of the car seems to be the generic Ford front that is like the Fusion and Focus. I think the convertible top ruins the line of the car. Overall (TLDR): Great car with good performance, affordability, and nice looks. I would enjoy a white hard top V6 as a daily driver with a manual.

Awesome car

I think Ford has done outstanding job on exterior for this year Mustang interior is ok , I am not bigest fan of the look and feel of the middle counsel . Runs great and it actually hugs the road pretty well. Great Job Ford.

Am I driving a racecar?

From the moment I stepped into the vehicle, I was impressed. It took me a second to take in the atmosphere. Even though the model I selected was an automatic, it included an array of sporty options. The first thing I noticed was a set of switches for traction controls, drive mode, steering and an intuitive touchscreen stereo with a LOT of functionality. As my weekend vacation vehicle, I had fun taking cruises along the highways, and switching gears using the Sport+ manual mode. The ride was smooth, and the V6 offered far more power than I would expect it to offer! Whether you're picking out your next rental, or choosing a personal toy, the new line of mustangs give pleasure to both car enthusiasts and travel-goers!

Love, love, love this car

I rented this car for about 4 days on a recent trip. I absolutely loved it! The ride was completely smooth and the convertible roof made it even better than it already was.

Safest sports cars out there

I've had 2 of these cars and totaled both in 50+ MPH accidents and i have walked away from both with the most minimal injury possible on 2 potentially fatal accidents. would buy this car a fifth time but i,m only on my third!

Fast fun daily. Gets compliments all the time.

My forth Mustang and the best yet. The ability to get 435 horsepower to the ground through just one axle is amazing. The handling is very capable and confident. I outran a Corvette Z06 last Friday because he wasn't as confident in the turns.

Best used car we test drove

The Mustang had all the features we were looking for in a new car for us. The one we test drove had great pick and go and was very comfortable. We ended up purchasing it.
