The BEST car EVER!!!
This car is truly amazing. Its very fuel efficient, comfortable and reliable. I have no issues or complaints. I am so in love with this car that I traded in my 2017 Fusion for the 2018 version. I would stick to the Fusion model for many years to come. It drives very smooth that it feels like you're floating on a cloud. Its perfect for cross country road trips and has a lot of space to sit comfortably.

Love the ride and fuel mileage.
The car rides great and the fuel mileage is wonderful. The seats with 8 ways adjustments make for a very comfortable seat. The back up camera is a plus as is the ability to use voice commands for the radio and other features.

Fluid lines, quiet motion
I like the outside appearance; the interior is comfortable and nicely designed; the ride is smooth and extremely quiet. Overall I love this car and will purchase one in the very near future. The only hesitation I have is that it is slated to go out of production in the very near future.

I Thoroughly Regret Ever Puchasing This Car.
The prospect of owning a Ford Fusion Hybrid, was exciting to me, before I ever signed on the dotted line. at the dealer. After looking back, after this past year, I wish I didn't purchase the car at all. I truly wish that I started with the Fusion Energi, instead. The battery on the Fusion Hybrid (not the Energi) regenerates very slowly, and gdoes nto go very far on a full charge. I own the "non-plug in" version of the 2018 Fusion Hybrid. "Eoo Mode" boosts the battery more quickly ("aggressively", as the manual clearly says), but your acceleration and coasting suffer greatly. I have honestly grown to hate the relentless drag that "Eco Mode" creates, as you try to boost the battery, more quickly. Truthfully, I'm afraid to know how the battery will respond after years 2, 3, 4, 5 when it won't hold a full charge, as when it's new. When you Turn Eco Mode off, the car becomes a whole different animal. . It accelerates more quickly. It coasts more freely. And ..... the batter regenerates more slowly . With Eco Mode turned on, every single cold stop. Every single acceleration. Every single coast are "a drag" (literally speaking). Turn it off, and you go quicker, but your battery is depleted within a few miles. The reason I wish I purchased the Energi, is because it goes for up to 25 miles on a single charge, and allows you to choose which combination of the EV vs. Gas Engine you want to drive on. With the Energi, your trunk space and one (1) suitcase luggage "space" is virtually non-existent. I leave on "Eco Mode" 95% of the time, for a quicker recharge. When I leave it off, the battery is depleted after a few miles. I love Ford, but this car is an absolute joke. The gas engine on its own is gutless, and left alone, isn't very "speedy" starting from a full stop. My family chooses to drive Fords for their track record of safety, comfort, reliability, and power. I live in, travel on, and drive Southern California freeways, daily. To say that I am happy with this car would be false. This car is Pure Crap. Ford Engineers should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for releasing such an underdeveloped, "under thought out", and such a slow, expensive, and outright overpriced vehicle that offers so little, in terms of its foreseeable full potential. What tipped me over the edge was when I was locked out of my car, one dark night. I later found out other Fusion owners reported the same experience of the "starter battery" not being charged as readily, ONLY FROM THE GAS ENGINE (Thanks, Ford Engineers), which causes it to go bad, very quickly. To be clear, the main battery is NOT CONNECTED to the ignition, lights, key, and most importantly, your locks. As fair warning, you WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR CAR WITHOUT WARNING since FORD ENGINEERS DID NOT SEE FIT to TIE IN the MAIN BATTERY to the "starter " battery --- which controls all locks, electrical, and ignition functions. This car has been nothing but one continued disappointment after another since I have owned it, At first, I thought I could overlook the small, and seemingly minor idiosyncrasies the car was revealing to me, mile after mile, after 1000s and 1000s of miles of driving it. But at this point, I am very disappointed in my purchase, for numerous reasons and experiences. I want to WARN every other driver out there to stay away from this poorly designed vehicle. My family chooses to drive Fords for reasons of their track record of safety, comfort, reliability, and power. I live in, travel on, and drive Southern California freeways, daily. To say the freeway and stop and go traffic is a second home, would be an understatement. The more that I drive this car, the more that I grow to hate it, and the sadder I become that I didn't purchase a more sophisticated and "intelligently designed" car which the Fusion can be, but is not, at this point in time. As a proud Ford owner, I am severely disappointed that I choose, to my own fault, and regret, this piece of _______________ (garbage) from the start.

Great Gas Mileage
I get 47+ mpg every tank full. Used to own another hybrid make by a korean company that on a good day go 40 mpg. The new car has little to no road noise, electric motor will work going up hill where the other one would not. The Fusion is a lot more comfortable and rides nicer. Very Happy with the Ford Fusion Hybrid.

This car met and exceeds my needs. USB port all over. Insanely comfortable. The features I thought would just be extra are way easier to use than I expected. This car is way better for my family's needs than I thought. I love this car.
