2020 Ford Fusion consumer reviews

We were looking for a car that was dependable, fuel efficient and affordable. We had a Fusion in the past so we were looking for this model and we found a 2020 model at a great price so we bought it.

I love the Ford Fusion Titanium. Great car. Fusion are are excellent on gas mileage. Recommend it highly!!! This message is to Ford Company you need to continue to make Fusion sedan car!!!!! There are a lot of people who do not want a suv or truck!! Also put in CD players to other cars there are a lot of people who have CDs and want to play them in the cars!!

Drives nice, super good pricing for a new car. Quiet, spacious interior with good handling and acceleration. The hands free is great as is all the safety features. Very happy so far

The SE we got was excellent. I love all the safety features and the large screen for the backup camera. It has plenty of power, but is still fuel efficient.

Still getting to know the car but have been impressed thus far with its comfort, handling and reliability. It has all the latest safety features and I loved the selection of colors I had to choose from.

My Fusion has so many safety features. I have lane assist, auto dimming headlights, auto dimming rear view mirror, object warning, front and side warning system, onboard diagnostics, navigation, apple car play, just to name a few. Extremely comfortable and smooth ride. I love it!

I’m very pleased with this car. The AWD is critical in Northern MN. I bought it for the safety features, the performance, and the styling. Overall very satisfied with the vehicle. However, the dealerships are a nightmare to deal with if you need service. The local dealerships (3) have damaged my vehicles when brought in for repairs and then blamed me for the damage. Ford corporate is fine with them damaging my vehicles. Bottom line - luv the car, hate the company. You’d be better served by a car company that stands by its customers. Take your money elsewhere.

The car met all my expectations and was everything I was looking for in a new car. It drives well and I will continue to drive it for as long as I can.
