2016 Ford Fusion consumer reviews

My 2016 Fusion SE Has Been Great..My only complaint is I wish the 2.5 engine had a little more power & better gas mileage..I get 22 city & 26 highway which I guess isn't terrible since the car is heavy. The ride is smooth & quiet and the layout of the dash & rest of interior very good.

2016 Ford Fusion SE with 88,000 miles, oil changes on time. Engine light came on codes read throttle body sensor and camshaft sensor replaced both along with spark plugs and oil change, went to drive it and a huge thud and would not drive over 2 miles an hour towed it to my mechanic, he thought it was my timing waited 6 weeks for parts depending on others cars to go to work, to come and find out my engine has metal in it and it needs replaced 4200$ the warranty ended in august just 3 months ago,I absolutely love everything about my car sad this happened, I have read other reviews with similar and the same problems in cars from 2013-2021.

2016 Fusion 2.0 AWD. This is my 3rd Fusion. They are very good cars. All kinds of buttons and goodies like hands free phone. Biggest complaint is the road noise is loud. Handles, rides, drives very well. Do not like the automatic door locks.

2016 Ford Fusion SE with 66,000 miles, oil changes on time. Engine is no good just like the recall on the 2013-2015. It starts with the engine coolant leaking into the motor, a defect, then left unchecked the engine is done! The thing is, it happened within a few weeks because no mechanic thought that a car that young with low miles would do that. Who would? I got the same defective engine that they put in a year earlier! Unfortunately Ford want me to believe that issue is not the same. It’s the same problem but Ford won’t acknowledge it because it is not 2015! That is just pathetic! I’m buying a foreign car from here on out!

We purchased our fusion in2016 ANF the car has been a delight to own. We now have 129000 miles on our care without any major problems but recently we have had some issues. The dashboard lights up with almost all the warning lights coming on. It does this without reason and goes off after 5 or ten minutes. It may come back on at any time. I have taken it to the ford dealership in my town and they ran checks on the vehicle and could find no problems. Could someone please tell me what could be wrong with this vehicle ?

This make and model vehicle it’s perfect for my grandson. It’s a nice midsize vehicle and the ride is great. There is plenty of legroom and I’m very satisfied with the vehicle.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. It has Air and heat. Not only can you hook your phone up to it but it had a CD player too. It's my favorite color so that's a plus. And it's really good on gas it's spacious. I'm proud of my new car.

This car is everything I need. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Drives like a dream. I look great driving this car, so I'm told! Highly recommend this dealership!

has been a very reliable car no repairs needed so far changed tires were getting very noisy wish they still made them I'd buy another one about now!

All the features i love on a car that might get me killed Bc no one has taken time to fix it instead of pushing me to next.
