The car was a good car. Small for someone my size, but it got the job done and kind of miss owning it for my fiance.

My first Ford, and I like it. It has a nice style and is comfortable to sit in and to drive. I get such good service when I take it to the Dealer for servicing.

Bought the Titanium version of the hatchback with all the bells and whistles. Great feel for the road and a fun little car to zip around in. Not going to blow the doors off of anything, but that's not why we bought it.

The car met all of my family’s needs! It drives smoothly and is a sleek design!! The dash is larger than I would’ve liked, but overall, very reliable!!

I have been the proud owner of this car for the past four years. Only reason I purchased a new is I needed a larger vehicle. I really loved everything about this car.

This cars transmission is faulty. Jurks shakes and off timed. The radio pops and crackle even when it’s off, and when it’s on no music will play just more popping and crackling. Ford wants to charge you, the customer/ buyer to fix their lemon problems. This will be my last Ford.

This car is amazing. It fits me and my 3 children. Has perfect mileage. I love that it has bluetooth capabilities so i can drive and talk without breaking the law

I like my car, except for the times it shudders, shakes etc when I accelerate. This is a problem that had a recall for it after I had already brought it in a couple of times for the problem. Then I had the recall work done and it was good for some time. Then it started again, intermittently. So I take it to service. Naturally, it didn't do it that day. So I drive it another 3 months, waiting for the problem to happen most every day. Now next week I have to take it and leave it again for 2 days to have it worked on AGAIN!

This car is not a good car if you have to drive in snow. The snow collects in the "open" wheels, and makes handling extremely difficult. The car shimmies and wobbles all over the road, as if something is wrong with the back or front ends. The wheels are completely out of balance when driving with snow in the wheels. If you have to drive on snowy roads, don't waste your money on this car.

7 trips to dealer to reprogram or replace clutch. 3 new clutches in 22,000. Dealer hid the issue. Lawsuit currently underway. Ford customer for 20 years. Never again.
