Good car, crazy transmission

I got this car for my daughter when she turned 16. Good first car. Sporty, nice options. These cars, as I have found out later, have a transmission problem. Really wasn?t a problem for us, you just had to get used to it. Sometimes it shifted funny and would shudder some. But all in all it was a good car. My daughter graduated from high school, so we traded it in and got a Ford Fusion.

I don?t know about reliability. I just bought it.

Great car. It is a 2013 Titanium. I also have a 2014 Focus SE. I love them both. Definitely would get a Titanium for the added features

Very reliable, sporty, and fuel efficient

I really enjoy driving this vehicle. I think that it makes a great car for anyone. Nothing is better than a tank of gas lasting 2 weeks.

Zero problems after 56,000 miles, still fun to dri

It took a while, but was able to find a manual trans with the options I wanted. Have owned since new and have had no problems with the car. None. When the roads are dry, I really push this car. It still brings a smile to my face. Love the gas mileage- about 31mpg with local/ highway mix. My only design complaint would have to be the rear visibility. It takes a long time to get used to trying to see out the rear. Oil change services have been very easy at Ford. Scheduling service on their website, however is a total waste of time. Would highly recommend the manual trans. The automatic seems to have extreme options.

Great Commuter!

2013 Ford Focus with 5 speed manual transmission. Purchased used 18 months ago and car runs like a sewing machine. Peppy yet lively engine gets 35-38 mpg. Zero issues with manual transmission! I love this little bugger!

Small, Easy to maneuver, simple, classic

This is the perfect car for a daily commute. I drive about 30-40 minutes every day to get to school/work and this car is perfect for freeways and parking in tiny parking garages. I would not recommend for any off-roading or intense terrain. The interior is nice, and it has man features such as heated seats, a rearview camera, and Bluetooth.
