Very good choice in the large SUV market

Have owned the 2017 Expedition EL Platinum for 6 months now and couldn't be happier with it. The size of the vehicle doesn't intimidate me at all and in fact it is very easy to drive. It has fantastic utility and when you need the extra space it has it. I do wish it has hands free opening lift gate like my last vehicle and other little goodies but those are minor annoyances. Inside the leather interior is VERY nice and extremely comfortable. My wife didn't like it at first but has grown to love the Expedition also. Also, the price was very reasonable especially after I priced the GM competitors which were much more expensive and frankly not as roomy inside. Would highly recommend.

Luxury SUV

Great for long trips, very comfortable, not good has mileage and lags on initial torque. A little on the expensive side. The value is there, but definitely not a daily driver.

Best Full Size SVU at a Price Most Can Afford

I was pleasantly surprised with the 2017 Ford Expedition EL XLT. I have never been a Ford fan based on family experience with them over the years. My wife and I were set on Chevy Tahoe or a GMC Yukon Denali. We looked at several and just couldn't rationalize paying the 40k plus price for a vehicle that was 3-5 years old with 40-50k+ miles. The interiors were dated and plain. Huge difference in electronics between 2013 to 2017. We found this pre owned 2017 Ford Expedition EL XLT for an amazing deal. 15k miles, tons of new technology and 22" rims. The interior of the Ford is clean and roomy. Much better quality materials than what I always had perceived and experienced from Ford. It was basically the Lincoln Navigator without all of the luxury add ons. The engine is probably the best thing about this vehicle. It's a 3.5L. V6 twin turbo that in everyday driving in the city gets 19 miles to a gallon. Very impressed with the acceleration and towing for a V6 engine hauling a big vehicle. I went from no way a FORD, out of the equation, to loving this vehicle and feeling like I have over paid and overlooked Ford for years. Game changer!

Great SUV

Love our Ford Expedition, but am not happy with the storage compartments on the doors and center console. Center console is too deep, things get lost. Storage on the doors, is very hard to reach your hand to put and take things out.

2nd. Expedition

Love the roominess of the seating and the collapsing features of the 2nd and 3rd. row seating for storage. The outer 2nd. row seat folding to allow access to the 3rd. row. The heated and cooled driver passenger seat and the heated 2nd. row outer seats add to the comfort of he occupants.. The nav. and sync 3 are excellent hands free safety features. Love the power tailgate and running boards. Handles like my previous Expedition. It is a joy to drive. The backup camera assist is a great addition and assist greatly with parking,

Ford family

This car meets all of our expectations. It is perfect for our family of 5 and has plenty of cargo room. We love the buckets seats in the second row and and the ride is great. It is a luxury vehicle that is family friendly. The back up camera makes parking easy.

A Real Head Turner!

I have used Ford vehicles for my businesses that I created over my lifetime, and have NEVER, had a Ford fail on me. They did double duty as my family cars and my Coaching cars, and have transported many a team of happy kids, many times. Life has settled down now, so me and my Ford are going to finally see the world and do lots of interesting things, that I never had time to before.
