2018 Ford EcoSport consumer reviews

This is a great car. I love the sun roof and color. It runs very smoothly and gets gas milage. I also love the seat warmers.

I don’t know why I don’t see more of these on the road! I’ve gone from a Focus to an Edge to a Mustang and now to the Ecosport. Next to my 2008 Edge, this is probably my favorite car I’ve owned. I needed something a little more user friendly than my Mustang, the older I get the harder it was to get in and out of among other things. I’d been thinking about getting an Escape for a year or so when I saw the Ecosport and noticed for less money I was getting almost the same features. I’ve owned my baby for a month now and I love it. It rides like butter, it’s just enough room for my husband and myself as well as our two small dogs, it has just enough trunk space for grocery trips and other shopping trips and if I need more space the rear seats are easy to lay down for full access to a lot of room unlike the Mustang. I feel safe in the recent rains we’ve been having. The BO sound system is amazing (only available in the Titanium I believe but not positive). I don’t have one negative thing to say about this car. If you have kids or have backseat passengers a lot it probably isn’t the car for you, I haven’t had anyone in the backseat to attest to the leg room but it isn’t much. I don’t find the rear tailgate opening to the side to be much of a hassle but I also don’t have to parallel park anywhere very often. I personally haven’t noticed some of the driving issues that reviews and other sites have mentioned like how it handles on bumpy roads, I find this car to be a sturdy and smooth riding vehicle on every surface so far. Overall I highly recommend this cute little SUV, it’s definitely my Mini Edge!

I am loving this car so far. Great value for the money plus it is stylish and comfortable and economical. It doesn't get any better than that.

I like the sleek design with enough leg room for a growing boy/teen. It's decent on gas, the technology features are convenient and it feels "safe".

The ecosport se is fully loaded with lots of extras. Love the moon roof, back up monitor, headed seats and steering wheel. A must see SUV

Problem with squeaky brake pedal, replaced brake booster still squeaky any solutions? Overall great handling , 2 liter engine has good power, titanium model so nicely equipped. Navigation works great nice screen readout.

Not only does this suv LOOK AWESOME, it drives and handles great!! I got the sport version and totally love it !! Handles very good and love the fact it is 4 wheel drive when I need it !!!

I have had this car for 8 months now and had nothing but issues with it. It has been in the shop an average of once a month for different issues that the engine light keeps coming on for. The same message on the for app states "Malfunction indicator lamp - regulatory", but the dealer keeps telling me it is something different each time is take it in. Other than that we love the car. we have the SES model because we wanted 4 wheel drive. We only buy ford cars and are quit disappointed with this one. With all of the engines that ford makes, they could have put one in this car that gets better gas mileage.

So far I love it. I love the styling inside and out. I love all of the features it has, from the moon roof to automatic windshield wipers. It handles really well. It's a very comfortable ride. I enjoy this car immensely.

Three weeks after buying a 2018 Ford EcoSport I was rear ended. Ford has been unable to supply many of the parts to repair my car. It will soon be four months that this vehicle has been out of commission. The EcoSport is a nice vehicle but don't consider buying it if and until they resolve the problem.
